Results from the 10th Annual Monticello Photo Show, March 23-24, 2013

The 2013 Monticello Photo Show took place Saturday and Sunday, March 23 and 24, 2013, at River City Extreme in Monticello, on School Street west of Hwy 25. The photo show was free to attend, and everyone was welcome to attend and vote for their favorite photos. There were 404 attendees who voted for “Best in Show” in each of 12 categories. There were 202 photos entered by 66 photographers. We had numerous comments about how tough it was to decide because all the photos were all so good.

The Monticello Camera Club wishes to extend a very sincere Thank You to River City Extreme for their support in putting on this event. Without them, we can easily say that the photo show might not have been possible. We cannot express enough how much their generosity and hospitality is appreciated. With their great facility, we were able to put on another great show. We encourage all of you to visit River City Extreme and share in their hospitality. Our volunteers for the show also enjoyed having such good food available to keep us going. Thanks!
